Extremely low wages for the amount of work required. Yearly reviews are not fair. HGS has 4 categories for yearly reviews. Managers will tell you that no one is allowed to get the top category, and only a few can get the second top. Work load varies from what teams you support, yet all of us make the same wage. If you decide to work for this company, pray you get teams that aren't as demanding because no matter what you do, everyone is basically compensated the same for their time. If you ask a question that ruffles feathers your manager will try to reprimand you for it. No room for growth no matter how hard you work.
