I'm working in HGS from last 1 year as a Tech Lead. But I suppose HGS is not a IT company. - Technical Lead HGS Employee Review

1) HGS is not a IT company. So don't join it if you are IT technical person. 2) No IT culture. 3) No proper sitting arrangement (for colibrium project people). 4) HGS has started IT department by acquiring US based loss making company name called colibrium. And here colibrium project headed by Non Technical people. 5) No proper management of project because project manager is also non technical. 6) Non Technical management driving the Technical project. 7) Project management don't have trust on Team. 8) They don't have budget for Laptops/ Vm's 9) No quarterly party as they don't have budget for team party as well 10) Award / Reward does not include money compansation 11) Not good salary increment
