Encouraging employees to participate in various activities conducted with in and outside the organization by team leads as well as higher management authorities.
Cons
Employee Relations needs to be more relevant and supportive to the employees. Salary hike and the monthly income amount is not up to the mark. Basic qualification needs to be changed from graduation to Post graduation, so that good salary can be provided and in turn it will result in good hike. Even though perks and incentives are provided motivation lacks for the employees to have a good career growth Last but not least allow to use mobile phones on the floor.
