Pros

Benefits after 90 days OT offered 20 minutes personal time paid for but that is a lie they took it away and they want to punish everyone for other people wrong doing

Cons

No one wants to wait 90 days and deal with the members who call and yell on the phone about questions that have not been answered even after asking management Supervisors none of them can give a straight answer to us to give to the member. Supervisors never take calls or are available to the member. Member will be calling months later about the same situation 5 times and nothing will be resolved get same answer they were told months ago. Trainnig is like 5 days and crammed information but when you go on the floor you still have to ask questions because you are never taught on anything more in them 5 days. I think this company is a scam don't waste your time
