Pros

Learning new skills. Flexibility to work from home depending on the account. Good introduction to the customer service industry and they provide leadership training. As long as you show up, you are given every chance to succeed.

Cons

Can be stressful to meet contract KPI's and deal with upset callers, but can be handled with basic customer service skills.
