none. This company is a disaster

Cons

you have to use your own equipment, so any wear or tear is your cost minimum wage could be ramped down at any moment contant half truths about contracts etc pay deductions from a wage that is already the bare minimum

Easy Good Hours Good work/life balance

Cons

Low pay for the chat agent, but pay increases in time Can be laid off easily
