Pros

None at all, apart from a good team.

Cons

Everything. They expect you to work 10 hours a day on the Talk Talk campaign, taking abuse off customers and still expecting to sell. If u don't sell you get warnings. Stupid hours, they expect you to work Xmas day, boxing day, New year's day!! Luckily I got finished and lasted 3 months. Awful manager and awful working environment.
