1/ The company is CHEAP!!! 2/ The managment are kind of control freaks and they micro-manage as they are worried about keeping the contract with the client as they are a 3rd party cal centre. 3/ They will write people up for pretty much anything, including stuff that is, in the grand scheme of things, B.S. (speaking from 20 years experience working directly for a major carrier + further experience prior to that). Example: I was wrtitten up for disconnecting a call which was clearly a pre-recorded prank tape (after it repeated the same, rather "non-sequitirish" dialogue string 3x it was pretty obvious), which was specifically designed to waste Customer Service people's time. I mean REALLY? ...Oh, and then, afte my facility closed up, when, during the next tax season, I atempted to obtain my T-4, the main company contact number, posted on their website, was NOT IN SERVICE! When I finally DID manage to get hold of somebody, it then took 3 MONTHS for them to get back to me about the T-4, TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!
