Pros

Always paid on time. That is now the only good thing.

Cons

Extremely poor work/life balance. No prospect of raises...ever...despite what you are told in interview. Poor support system newly implemented. No more direct supervision or coaching. Lack of adequate time for training, especially for anyone that does not speak/read English as a first language. Extremely poor scheduling/not consistent shifts. Deliberately incorrect metrics used. Harassing pop-ups during work day.
