Pros

It’s remote, you will be trained for about 4weeks and get paid during the training, it’s a good survival job for new immigrants

Cons

Long shifts, sometimes you work on holidays, when in a call, the support managers take long time to help you, some of them are rude and condescending, pay is barely enough, may affect your health emotionality due to speaking with a lot of customers yelling and cursing all day, may affect your health due sitting for long hours and looking at two bright computer screens for 8-10 hours daily.
