      Pros

      I love working from home but still being recognized as a thought leader. I feel my opinions and contributions are valued. The leadership team is the finest group of people I have ever had the pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      Due to the size of the global organization and the distributed nature of the teams, communication from the corporate office can be somewhat delayed.
