      Nice people to work with Lots of diversity

      Cons

      Low compensation compared to equivalent work at other companies. Executive management is completely put of touch with their employees. No idea what front line or mgmt do. Extensive workloads. Many leave to stress. Poor Benefits Hard to get time off for medical appointments, etc. without using up vacation time.
