Pros

I and my team have been TUPE transferred from another company. The news were delivered with a very short notice and unexpectedly. There were a lot of negative emotions, anxiety and fear of unknown. The management team at HGS was extremely understanding, supportive and responsive to queries post transfer. Everyone was so helpful with introducing us to HGS systems and processes with no intention to apply any pressure for meeting deadlines. They helped with a lot of issues we were facing at the old company. For me personally, the negative experience has turned into a positive one only thanks to HGS.

Cons

It didn't affect me but salaries for agents and TMs are quite low.
