Pros

Made good friends. Sometimes free food.

Cons

No annual raises given even though promised. Unfair scorecard that I had recently discovered was incorrect as whoever inputs the data submitted it incorrectly. Nothing can be done about it now as I had signed off on it. If you don't catch the company's mistakes you'll pay for it. Have been here for almost 2 years and am making the same amount as when I started. Currently doing much more work than my peers as I am an escalation member and there are no benefits. I get paid the same. No one actually cares here. We are just numbers. They have cut back full time hours up to only working 7 hour shifts for full time. So many things wrong with this company that it's shocking and disgusting.
