      Only a few clients are good names Its a part of Hinduja Group Work life balance (if you don't get US clients)

      Cons

      No proper clients No team strength and complete pressure is on just 1-2 people who actually work HR is weak and can never be of help for junior level Client Servicing is the most toxic department to be in because of the current leadership there. Never join this department Top level keeps zero transparency, makes decisions based on only 2-3 leadership people's judgement, extremely unfair to other employees and they have a zero tolerance hire-fire culture, while they claim to be otherwise
