If you value your self worth and your mental health avoid this company at all costs. All they care about is their SLA. The management is absolutely horrendous, a group of trained monkeys could manage better. If you value your holidays good luck booking any off here, you won’t even be given access to the system where you can book them off until you’ve been there 7 months. The training for the role itself is extremely weak. You will then get thrown into the deep end, expecting to know everything and be able to answer customers queries. You will also get questioned if you spend over a couple of minutes in your comfort break (you know basic human rights being able to go to the toilet? Yea they don’t care).
