HGS in itself is a decent company to work for; the issue is they also have obligations to their various telecom clients; if the client is a disorganized mess then so will your experience working there..ie. almost no training (it'll take you 8-12 months to learn this job, depending on the client, and by then most of the people you started with will have already quit); if you have a question for your support, it takes minimum 40 minutes to get a response even on slow days, and you get ghosted if your question is too complicated, the tools the client provides come out of the 1980's so don't expect things to work all the time (remember, these a Billion dollar corporations but they don't care about you lol). All said, once you learn the job it's fairly easy going, just know it'll take a while to get there.
