Needs better management - Bartender/Server HMSHost Employee Review

Managers allowing employees to bully others and just laughing instead. Bartender has to make ALL servers drink items including water, soda, etc and it isn't "policy" for them to tip out the bartender. At times the bartender is so busy in the service well, like on Sundays, when no other places in the airport can serve alcohol, that it is hard to take care of customers at the bar. QR codes suck because a customer can walk up and scan one, put their order in on top of another customers previous order. Customers can and will often use the QR code to avoid tipping the people who are serving their food, even tho said people are only making $2.15hr
