Pros
-An amazing group of people to work with, many of whom have been there for 20 or 30 years! -The design work was interesting, challenging, and fast moving with excellent support.
Cons
-Upper management struggled with direction, expected unreasonable timelines, and didn't seem to learn from missteps -Key knowledge that the organization learn over the years was not documented, which lead to reinvention of "the wheel" many times
