Pros
* Many exceptional co-workers in many areas. * Some great employees, with exceptional attitudes and a hunger to learn * Middle management used to be a key strength with a lot of talent * Opportunity to contribute a lot quickly because of past poor management * Some really good experience especially working with global, culturally-diverse teams
Cons
* Senior management is dishonest and exploitative, especially to employees who are dependent on the company for some personal reason such as visa issues. Check to see when the previous reviews were added here on Glassdoor, and you will see no positive reviews up until a point, at which point there are about a dozen positive reviews. I'm fairly certain there was significant pressure put on employees to leave those reviews, which is completely unethical. These misleading to downright false reviews are the only reason I am posting a review at all. * Senior management routinely asks employees to do things that are outside their moral comfort zone. Some of my employees were not paid for literally months at a time (this was Nov 2012 - Mar 2013, so not ancient history). At the time the company was pushing people to work up to 65-80 hours per week with no extra incentive pay or overtime pay to cover for management mistakes in releasing a shoddy new version of the product. * There has been a cycle of layoffs every two years for the last six years due to complete lack of financial planning, the company did not have a CFO for more than two years * General lack of professionalism and business acumen among top management
