Pathetic/corrupt management, useless co workers, unfair treatment throughout operations, system flaws that don't get addressed (due to poor management), supervisors may or may not treat you with respect, work holidays such as new years day, pay seems to be random (not correlated to how long you have been here or how valuable you are)
