Pros

Stable work, stable pay. Training is indepth and while lengthy, reasonable.

Cons

Inflow / Influx of calls insane when it comes to volume. Can take upwards of 70 calls a day. Way too many applications and environments to support.

The management is horrendous. The company treats anyone who isn’t Indian as less than and gives them substantially more clients and work. Don’t try being a woman either! You will be given up to 4 different clients with 4-5 lines a piece. I was on 16 lines in total when I Quit. Each client has totally different protocols and requirements and you will not get time to learn these changes. They happen immediately and will fire you if you make a mistake. You will NEVER get a raise. Management will belittle you and allow you to be bullied by other coworkers
