Plenty of hours available Coworkers are good and supportive

Cons

Micromanaging is worse than every job I’ve had They screen everything and are constantly monitoring you High standards Don’t even bother requesting PTO they seem to be understaffed and have no flexibility with scheduling

The management is horrendous. The company treats anyone who isn’t Indian as less than and gives them substantially more clients and work. Don’t try being a woman either! You will be given up to 4 different clients with 4-5 lines a piece. I was on 16 lines in total when I Quit. Each client has totally different protocols and requirements and you will not get time to learn these changes. They happen immediately and will fire you if you make a mistake. You will NEVER get a raise. Management will belittle you and allow you to be bullied by other coworkers
