I've had no positive experiences with HTC

I will preface this by saying I work on the account for an Auto Manufacturer. Holidays and forced shut-downs require PTO to be taken. Since this time is greater than the PTO allowance given, you are FORCED to take time unpaid. Don't believe them when they say you get PTO. You will actually owe the company a certain number of unpaid days. They do not support nor care about their employees work/life balance.

The management is horrendous. The company treats anyone who isn’t Indian as less than and gives them substantially more clients and work. Don’t try being a woman either! You will be given up to 4 different clients with 4-5 lines a piece. I was on 16 lines in total when I Quit. Each client has totally different protocols and requirements and you will not get time to learn these changes. They happen immediately and will fire you if you make a mistake. You will NEVER get a raise. Management will belittle you and allow you to be bullied by other coworkers
