Pros

peaceful atmosphere if you are working in state farm... otherwise HTC is one of the waste company

Cons

Bad management,no hike if you are'nt close with your higher managerment... you cant expect good hike when you are in onsite.even if you perform well ... need some influence with your manager so you have to put saalam always .. no future... totally waste to work here.

The management is horrendous. The company treats anyone who isn’t Indian as less than and gives them substantially more clients and work. Don’t try being a woman either! You will be given up to 4 different clients with 4-5 lines a piece. I was on 16 lines in total when I Quit. Each client has totally different protocols and requirements and you will not get time to learn these changes. They happen immediately and will fire you if you make a mistake. You will NEVER get a raise. Management will belittle you and allow you to be bullied by other coworkers
