Pros

The company provides better than average salaries, good perks, and all the coffee/espresso you want! They provide growing vacation packages based on length of time with the company, and I feel that they strive to keep employees happy. Its a family style business, where anyone and everyone has a voice.

Cons

There are many offices in multiple countries which can cause for a silo effect. There is a fair amount of middle management that complicates the structure of the company.

Diverse teams with a lot of smart talent Annual gift baskets with wine Stock options are decent

Return to office mandates. There was a "mandatory fun" event which caused a COVID outbreak throughout the company. If you aren't based in Montreal, you will not have any office amenities.
