Pros
Company stability; longevity; community; great product(s); good corporate office cafeteria (pre-covid); great double-d employee store(s); internal co. communication was fairly good
Cons
Too much history; too many long term employees and “that’s how we do it”; they want to be innovative but when they try, it takes many tries and forever to complete. - if they complete; they move people around too much - trying to give leadership opportunities to grow & develop but that isn’t always a good approach- doesn’t always allow for building strong, effective teams - not to mention, they place people in the wrong role (a role that isn’t a match for the person), which impacts the business. Also, way too much DEI hiring / promoting, at least during the time of my employment.
