Pros

My peers, my pay (been with company over 10 years), the benefits/discounts, and ability to work from home at times.

Cons

Not enough people to do the work, unsustainable deadlines and schedules, ineffective upper management that has no clue how staff operates on a daily basis, no room for advancement, no new skills being developed, processes are inefficient and cause lots mistakes and rework. It's all about doing as much work as you can with not enough people to satisfy a big retailer and their demands. Retailer says "jump" and we are already in the air doing a double-flip before we even ask, "how high?"

Pros

Great company and great people! Very thorough training program.

Cons

It can be hard work! Some stores don't have deliveries where they're suppose to be and you have to go searching. You have an allotted amount time to spend at each store.

Pros

You really set your own schedule but there is a mandatory break after around 4 hours of working. There's no one over you and you're pretty much doing your own thing which I appreciate. I'm still learning the ins and out as I am new but I love this job, overall. Its very unique.

Cons

This has nothing to do with other hallmark employees, they have all been great. A couple of employees at one of the stores I service aren't the most professional people and their actions have been unnecessary. Fortunately, all of the other stores I service have normal employees.
