My employer is very flexible with my schedule needs. I think the company does a great job showing how much they appreciate the employees. We are invited to fun events we can attend with our family and there are several pop-up fun days throughout the year.

Cons

All companies could improve in areas of communication and technology.

Contractors are great clients to deal with, as they are knowledgeable about their needs and very appreciative of your help and finding the correct mix of building materials for their projects. They are so appreciative, that they provide ongoing acknowledgement of their appreciation through thanks both verbal and physical.

Cons

Unknowledgeable customers can be entitled, arrogant, demanding and sometimes rude.
