Hammond Lumber is always looking for ways to show their appreciation to their employees for their continued hard work.

Cons

A lot of our employees do not want to work on Saturdays even though it's short. By the time you get home after work on Saturday half the day is gone.

Contractors are great clients to deal with, as they are knowledgeable about their needs and very appreciative of your help and finding the correct mix of building materials for their projects. They are so appreciative, that they provide ongoing acknowledgement of their appreciation through thanks both verbal and physical.

Cons

Unknowledgeable customers can be entitled, arrogant, demanding and sometimes rude.
