Hammond is a great place to work. You are rewarded for your hard work and dedication and I always feel appreciated. They are very focused on training and there is room to grow if you choose to.

Cons

It is very busy at times, but I don't see that as a con. Employees work well together.

Contractors are great clients to deal with, as they are knowledgeable about their needs and very appreciative of your help and finding the correct mix of building materials for their projects. They are so appreciative, that they provide ongoing acknowledgement of their appreciation through thanks both verbal and physical.

Cons

Unknowledgeable customers can be entitled, arrogant, demanding and sometimes rude.
