Non salary were eligible for pto if you worked enough hours.

Cons

Was constantly shafted when it came for your yearly raises. Did not pay me my vacation time I was owed. Promotions were slow and based on friendships and relationships.

Supportive, innovative, solution-oriented management. Dedicated, loyal staff who enjoy sharing their skills to support a culture of shared success.

Cons

Limited benefits and PTO At the time I worked there in IT, I felt resistance against change among Senior staff at the corporate level. (My understanding is that this has changed since I worked there) Limited room for growth in the IT department. (largely due to employee retention)
