Pros

Hamra Enterprises will be a great fit to a hard working, trust worthy, positive employee. Bottom line is if you do the right thing, you will be rewarded. Whether that means a "Great job!" from Management, a promotion or other opportunities within the firm, it is an awesome environment where I have never been happier in my career!

Cons

Turnover is naturally a struggle within the Hospitality Industry but our Teams readjust and are constantly moving forward!

Supportive, innovative, solution-oriented management. Dedicated, loyal staff who enjoy sharing their skills to support a culture of shared success.

Cons

Limited benefits and PTO At the time I worked there in IT, I felt resistance against change among Senior staff at the corporate level. (My understanding is that this has changed since I worked there) Limited room for growth in the IT department. (largely due to employee retention)
