While the organization has good intentions of honoring their word, and nurturing relationships, they fall short. Middle/upper management are often unqualified and take credit for the hard work and dedication of those under them. Office staff receives a measly $100 bonus each year meanwhile the company acquires more and more restaurants creating more and more work for a staff that, if anything, decreases in size. Qualified and valuable employees who know their worth eventually take a stand are soon gone, without a trace.
