Cons

Still operate in the past with “leaders” selected for tenure, not ability. Rely on third party to provide guidance and direction. Won’t make a decision on their own without being told to do so.

Supportive, innovative, solution-oriented management. Dedicated, loyal staff who enjoy sharing their skills to support a culture of shared success.

Cons

Limited benefits and PTO At the time I worked there in IT, I felt resistance against change among Senior staff at the corporate level. (My understanding is that this has changed since I worked there) Limited room for growth in the IT department. (largely due to employee retention)
