They give pay that is slightly above average. Ideal first job for high schoolers.

Cons

The fast food workers are not cared for; the company is very disorganized and likes to take advantage of their workers while offering little to no benefits for fast food workers. There is almost no room to move up in the company even if you wanted to; no managers or HR members seem to be of any help for advancing your career and there is nothing on the website to apply for higher positions. Overall the company sees its workers as a means to an end.

Supportive, innovative, solution-oriented management. Dedicated, loyal staff who enjoy sharing their skills to support a culture of shared success.

Cons

Limited benefits and PTO At the time I worked there in IT, I felt resistance against change among Senior staff at the corporate level. (My understanding is that this has changed since I worked there) Limited room for growth in the IT department. (largely due to employee retention)
