Thanks for your feedback and years of service with us! We are truly fortunate to have so many great people working at Handy Distribution. When it comes to keeping benefit costs low, we work closely with a benefits consultant who reviews market data each year to ensure we offer the most competitive rates. We also offer two healthcare plan options, one of which is a Consumer Driven Healthcare Plan (CDHP). This plan design is a little different from our Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan and requires enrollment in a Health Savings Account (HSA), but it has lower premiums. In addition, we offer a wellness program where employees can receive a credit toward their healthcare premiums, providing preventive care services or activities are completed. Regarding advancement and promotional opportunities, this if often very competitive but we do our best to allow for upward mobility to all employees through succession planning or career pathing.
