Fantastic Place to work!

Pros

Great pay, good benefits. I left a large HVAC distributor, and really enjoyed the small, family run business feel. Management is engaging, makes employees feel valued. Excellent support from the inside sales team. Everyone contributes, and has a good attitude. The only reason I left was because I had a opportunity I could not pass up.

Cons

Nothing really comes to mind. Being a smaller company, sometimes it was hard to get to the price we needed, and last minute/ special deliveries were tough to get done.
