Business structure is outdated. Management mindset is ancient. People can get away with not doing any work because they are favored by their supervisor. All while corporate sits in their offices wondering why there are high production times but no actual work being done. Then instead of putting in actual work so that the company can prosper, management goes around shifting the blame and pointing fingers until the small fries get written up. Which does not solve the problem. But someone got written up so the issue disappears for maybe a week or two. Then, like clockwork, the same issue rises up again and again fingers are pointed. They renovated the warehouse. Now they need to renovate management.
