Pros

Hanes is a solid company that offers great opportunities to their people. Internal job postings allow for employees to move roles within the company to continue to grow and learn, educational reimbursements and other benefits are far above what I have seen in the market, and they truly care about the people. Overall, great place to start a new career.

Cons

While the internal technologies are functional, they are becoming outdated and may need to be looked at as the company continues to grow.

Regional managers make their own policies to suit themselves and makes their job easier. Different regionals have different ways of doing things. Some are demanding micro managers and others just don't do their jobs. Spend to much time in their home office instead of working in their stores.
