Pros
Winston-Salem and the surrounding small towns are very nice and quiet. Employees are willing to come together to make a project happen. Matching 401k up to 5 percent
Cons
No cost of living raise for over three years. No room for advancement. Too many divisions and sets of rules. IT is non-existence and many of the warehouses are twenty years behind in technology. Corporate office receives far more benefits than warehouses.
