To many policies and procedures that get made up as someone feel like it should be different. Company requires to much out of staff for what they get paid. They don't help you when you get you are short staffed. If you enjoy working 65+ hours (not getting paid for it), not being able to hold a staff down due to too many qualifications for the positions and not enough pay for the ones with the qualifications. The quality of the product has really gotten worse over the years.
