Pros
Pay is decent for this type of job, management has always been willing to work with student workers to find workable scheduling. It has been a great job to have to make money while attending school. The store itself is very competitive, I always find myself shopping there after work when possible. Benefits seem decent if you are full time. Lots of opportunity to move up/around if you are motivated.
Cons
Alot of turnover in workers and management means that if you stick around the quality of working here becomes very dependent on who you work with, it can be great or it can be awful depending on management and coworkers. Also, the company is always looking for often silly new rules to add due to liability issues.
