      Pros

      It was a great place to start out for my first job back in highschool. The ability to work with customers and get to know the regulars was nice.

      Cons

      I didn't feel like there was much potential career growth. Perhaps if you want to go into that business for life then it's okay, but it wasn't enough for me.

      Occasional free provided food in break room, great community, understanding managers on all ends, etc

      Cons

      No real employee discount but honestly hannafords brand stuff is really cheap. like. 2.00 for 18 eggs?? yes please

      Pros

      Trans-inclusive health insurance and decent wages.

      Cons

      Culture of abuse and harassment; anti-LGBTQ hate speech is allowed on an unlimited basis so long as there no non-LGBTQ witnesses. Poor camera coverage creates a lot of spaces where things can happen to you that police won't be able to find on film later.
