Pros
Scheduling is flexible and co-workers are easy to work with. Pay is good compared to competing stores and raises occur at regular intervals. Management is always helpful and hiring process is good.
Cons
customers expect same service as fast food, hannafords is not fast food! pray you don't get a shift with people coming home from a long days work because they will not treat you with proper respect. customers will expect you to know where every product in the store is.
