Business Outlook
Pros
There is room for advancement and plenty of different departments and opportunities. A lot of different locations so you can usually find another store to transfer too should you need to move, and it makes applying for promotions easier because you can apply for openings at other locations.
Cons
Entry level work force, poor pay, poor benefits, and poor management. A lot of the stores are run like high schools everyone gossiping and nosing into each other's business.
