      For the most part they treat you well and it is clear that the work done is appreciated.

      The pay is very low and dealing with customers who think you are beneath them all day long can be taxing.

      Occasional free provided food in break room, great community, understanding managers on all ends, etc

      Cons

      No real employee discount but honestly hannafords brand stuff is really cheap. like. 2.00 for 18 eggs?? yes please

      Pros

      Trans-inclusive health insurance and decent wages.

      Cons

      Culture of abuse and harassment; anti-LGBTQ hate speech is allowed on an unlimited basis so long as there no non-LGBTQ witnesses. Poor camera coverage creates a lot of spaces where things can happen to you that police won't be able to find on film later.
