      Pros

      Hannaford takes okay care of their hard workers. They tend to be decent pay, good for a first time job.

      Cons

      This is not the kind of company you can grow in. Unless you know someone who is a manager, or just happen to be the only person applying for a higher position, you may get it. I've seen many people leave in order to make more money or get more hours.

      Occasional free provided food in break room, great community, understanding managers on all ends, etc

      Cons

      No real employee discount but honestly hannafords brand stuff is really cheap. like. 2.00 for 18 eggs?? yes please

      Pros

      Trans-inclusive health insurance and decent wages.

      Cons

      Culture of abuse and harassment; anti-LGBTQ hate speech is allowed on an unlimited basis so long as there no non-LGBTQ witnesses. Poor camera coverage creates a lot of spaces where things can happen to you that police won't be able to find on film later.
