Pros
Work is easy as long customers or co workers don't mess things up.
Cons
Very poor pay. They don't adjust raises/wages when minimum wage rises. Example if minimum wage when you started at Hannaford was $12, and over the years your wage increased to $13, and minimum was increased to $13.80, they will only pay you $13.80. Seasonal workers will make significantly more. Some department managers will be flexible with scheduling/hours others will not.
