Pros

Always room for growth because turnover is pretty high

Cons

lack of staffing is ALWAYS an issue. Youre required to make up that lack in staffing by doing the jobs of other associates while still expected to have your own responsibilities completed in a timely manner. NO OVERTIME (unless its summer time) The paperwork is very abundant and difficult when youre filling the roles of 2 to 3 other people.

Occasional free provided food in break room, great community, understanding managers on all ends, etc

Cons

No real employee discount but honestly hannafords brand stuff is really cheap. like. 2.00 for 18 eggs?? yes please

you might get a manager who will allow flexible scheduling, and accommodations for disability.

Cons

You will probably be ignored when requesting accommodations for a disability. You will be treated like garbage by customers, coworkers, and management. They do not appreciate your hard work, the need to balance work and life. They will not explain anything or properly train you. They do not pay well and mess up your "benefits". They are a hostile workplace.
